Scope:

AEC is providing M/P/T engineering design services for the LEED renovation and addition to Clinton Elementary School. The historic building was constructed in 1922 and is designed to house up to 400 students in grades Pre-K-5. Building services include installing energy efficient mechanical systems that consist of a dedicated outdoor air unit with energy recovery, high efficiency condensing boilers, an oil-free magnetic variable speed air-cooled chiller and rain water harvesting.
