Scope:

AEC provided M/E/P/T engineering design services for the renovation of the 100-year-old 33 North High Street office building. Services included a facility assessment and energy audit prior to preparation of the construction documents. New HVAC systems include energy efficient water source heat pumps, a dedicated outside air unit with energy recovery and high efficiency condensing boilers. The lighting system utilized daylight harvesting and widespread use of occupancy sensors and dimming controls.
