Scope:

AEC was part of a team that provided full system commissioning services for the new Franklin County Courthouse. The 300,000 square foot, 7-story structure will house 32 courtrooms and administrative offices. This LEED Gold Certified building includes water management systems such as low and dual flush fixtures and water efficient landscaping. The high-efficiency systems, skin optimization and daylighting will exceed ASHRAE 90.1.2004 requirements by more than 26 percent.
