Scope:

AEC provided engineering design services for the new fire station that replaced the existing Fire Station No. 10. The new building includes vehicle bay areas, inspections office, training room, day/dining room, kitchen, dormitory area, shower and locker facilities and maintenance room. AEC designed high efficiency lighting systems with energy saving lighting controls and efficient HVAC systems in order to help earn the project LEED Gold Certification
