Scope:

AEC was retained by Fanning Howie Associates, Inc. to provide plumbing engineering services for five new school buildings for the Huber Heights City School District. The project involves the design and construction of a new 289,000 square foot high school, a new 133,800 square foot middle school and three 74,560 square foot elementary school buildings. The design is in compliance with all applicable requirements of the 2008 Ohio School Facilities commission Design Manual and the Ohio Plumbing Code.
