Scope:

AEC was part of a team that was awarded a contract to provide full system commissioning services for various renovations to the Prior Health Sciences Library on The Ohio State University's main campus. Work under this contract included commissioning of new and existing systems to ensure that all systems were accurately designed, functioning properly and that the Owner's staff was properly trained. Systems under design review included but were not limited to: M/E/P, fire alarm, paging, fire protection and verification of calculations submitted by the A/E for the OSU Green Build Policy and LEED Silver evaluations.
