Scope:

A task order was issued to AEC as part of a multi-year contract to prepare a Design/Build Request for Proposal (RFP) for a new dormitory at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base. The new 52,000 square foot, three story dormitory houses more than 190 people in its 92 rooms. Construction of the new dormitory was completed in July, 2010 at a cost of approximately $12 million.
