Scope:

A task order was issued to AEC as part of a multi-year contract to prepare Design/Build Request for Proposal (RFP) for the new Security Forces Compound. This building is required to consolidate the 88th Air Base Wing Security Forces Squadron which will improve efficiency and efectiveness of their operations. The facility is made up of a 33,797 square foot main compound building and an 18,496 square foot warehouse that will store security forces personnel gear, mobility bags, equipment and other support items.This project received an AFMC Award of Merit for Concept Design.
