Scope:

AEC provided complete M/E/P/T engineering design services for the renovation of a former fire station into a health care facility, as well as a new three-story, 35,000 square foot addition. Renovations included hazardous materials abatement, complete gutting of all M/E/P systems and re-introduction of new systems. M/E/P/T design services included electrical power distribution, HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, lighting, system control, technology, security systems and data/telecommunication systems.
