Senior Mechanical Engineer

Job Description

The Senior Mechanical Engineer will be an integral part of the Leadership team within the Indianapolis office. This person will perform as a Project Manager, leading multi-discipline and/or inhouse MEP engineering teams on assigned projects.

This person will be responsible for coordinating schedules and meetings, monitoring engineering and production costs, schedule, and ensuring high quality of work on assigned projects.

Duties may include performing assessments of facility conditions, design and review of HVAC, plumbing and control systems, and perform commissioning and construction administration services.

Minimum Requirements

Administrative Assistant / Receptionist

Job Description

This person will act as the "communication hub" for the office by greeting and directing clients and visitors, answering and routing phone calls, and supporting the engineers and designers as needed. This position requires excellent communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Duties Include, but are not limited to:

- Screen and route telephone calls and take messages as needed.

- Perform clerical duties such as filing and maintaining client correspondence.

- Cross train with our engineers and designers to learn processes and procedures.

- Assist in document creation, editing, and troubleshooting.

- Manage mail and shipping.

- Organize company events, activities, and catering.

- Maintain office supplies inventory and conference room scheduling.

- Handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
