AEC is a proud employee-owned firm (ESOP). AEC’s ESOP was established in Dec. 2021 as an opportunity to transition leadership and provide employees with additional benefits. Each employee of AEC is a beneficial owner, with a vested interest in the performance of the firm.
Since the transition, AEC’s culture has focused on this owner-mindset for our employees, with education on the ESOP, more conversation and transparency on the performance of the firm, and engagement through activities.
Our employees have embraced the ESOP culture and continue to drive the success of our firm.
Work Hard / Play Hard Motto!
AEC’s motto all along has been to “Work Hard and Play Hard”. We recognize the long hours our teams often log for projects to be successful. To break up the work and reward our success, AEC’s Fun Committee hosts numerous events throughout the year.
From potlucks and our annual Chili Cook-off to happy hour events and team building outings, we strive to offer a variety of activities and events for our employees to participate in. AEC is committed to building comradery and having some fun!
