AEC was retained to provide M/E/P engineering design services for this new 27,750 square foot, single-story culinary school. The new facility includes five kitchen classrooms, conference rooms, lecture theater, computer lab, student dining space, media space, technology education, and administration areas. AEC’s services included design of electrical power distribution, HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, interior and site illumination, system control, technology, data/telecommunication including wired and wireless system, multi-media equipment in each classroom, security, and sound systems.
