City of Dublin City Hall Addition

The City of Dublin contracted a team to design an addition to an existing building that will serve as the City Hall Building. The one-story addition is 11,675 SQ FT and the existing building is two-stories and 19,679 SQ FT. The addition houses the City Council Chambers, meeting rooms, reception/lobby space, and a café area with outdoor patio space. The Council Chambers includes room for 7 council chairs, 130 general viewing seats, and support space for staff and City personnel. 

AEC provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection engineering designs for the addition and renovation. The electrical design included exterior façade lighting with color changing controls.
