Topiary Park Crossing is a new apartment complex in the heart of Columbus’ Discovery District. The building fills a vacant lot, adjacent to Topiary Park, offering affordable housing options to the growing district.
The building is comprised of 98 units, including studios and one- and two-bedroom options. A small parking garage is located on street level of the building. Amenities at Topiary Park Crossing include a fitness center, club room with kitchenette, private phone rooms on each floor, and a parlor with library on the top floor overlooking Topiary Park. The complex also includes a 3,300 SQ FT terrace in the middle of the U-shaped building with room for grills, a TV, seating and landscaping.
AEC provided engineering services for the building mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and technology/security systems.
