The View on Pavey Square is a new construction mixed use residential and retail development consisting of two and five story wood-framed buildings over a podium and underground parking facility located on N. High Street in Columbus Ohio. This project provides much needed off campus housing for students, professors, and professionals.
The total project site is 183,027 SQ FT. Six existing structures along N. High Street remain on the site with the new construction being built behind these homes.
The complex includes 81 total apartment units with 241 beds and 122 parking spots. The residential units make up 97,952 SQ FT. The complex also includes space for a restaurant on the ground floor.
AEC was retained as a subconsultant to provide electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and fire protection designs for the new development. AEC worked closely with the architect and other team partners to bring this project to life.
