A task order was issued to AEC as part of a multi-year contract to prepare a Design/Build Request for Proposal (RFP) for a new dormitory at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base. The three story dormitory houses more than 190 people in its 92 rooms. The building was designed to achieve LEED Silver certification through the United States Green Building Council (USGBC).
