AEC has been selected by the Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT) to provide MEP engineering services for their facilities throughout the State of Ohio (Contract VAR-STW-Facility General Engineering Services – MEP). This is a 2-year contract has now been awarded to AEC for the third time.

AEC recently received an “Exceptional” performance evaluation from the USACE Kansas City District for our work on an electrical system improvements project at Whiteman Air Force Base, MO. The project involved repair of the Base electrical distribution switches and control systems. The Corps’ PM commented that: “AEC provided a very high quality product. The estimate was within 2% of the contracted price. A very thorough product.”

AEC is teaming with local firms to provide general condition assessments and capital needs studies for the Ohio Department of Corrections. AEC will be responsible for assessing the MEP systems of more than 4.3 million square feet of correctional facilities throughout the southeast region of Ohio.

Bryan Crnarich, PE, LEED®AP recently passed a test certifying him as Certified Energy Managers (CEM). This credential is administered by the Association of Energy Engineers (AEE) and recognizes individuals who have demonstrated high levels of experience, competence, proficiency, and ethical fitness in the energy management profession.
