COTA Headquarters Renovation

AEC provided M/E/P/T engineering design services for the renovation of the 100-year- old 33 North High Street office building. Services included a facility assessment and energy audit prior to preparation of the construction documents. New HVAC systems included energy efficient water source heat pumps, a dedicated outside air unit with energy recovery and high efficiency condensing boilers. The lighting system utilized daylight harvesting and widespread use of occupancy sensors and dimming controls. The building achieved LEED Silver certification through the United States Green Building Council (USGBC).
