John R. Maloney Health Center

AEC was part of the team selected to provide architectural and engineering design services for the new John R. Maloney Health & Wellness Center for the City of Columbus. The new $7.6 million, 21,500 SF medical center offers primary care, obstetrics and a variety of specialists and behavioral health services. AEC was responsible for providing mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and technology engineering design and construction administration services for this new health care facility. The building was designed to achieve a LEED Silver certification through the United States Green Building Council (USGBC).
