As part of ODOT’s larger improvement efforts, this project replaced the District 7 Full Service Maintenance Facility on a new 10-acre site. . The new facility consists of multiple buildings including a 24,800 SF Truck Storage Building, a 4,000 SF Administrative Office, a 3,600 SF Mechanical Services Building, a 3,000 SF Vehicle Wash Bay, and an above Ground Fuel Storage Tank / Fueling Facility.
AEC was responsible for the design of the mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection and technology systems associated with these various structures. Systems were designed specific to each facility and the structure type, meeting ASHRAE and applicable codes, while also considering efficiency.
