AEC was part of a team that was selected by the University of Toledo to prepare construction documents for the renovation of two existing laboratory / science facilities, Bowman-Oddy and Wolfe Hall. The renovation covered 21,291 square feet of space that will be used to support the University’s Center for Biosphere Restoration Research facility (CBRR). AEC was responsible for the design of the HVAC system renovations for both buildings. The building achieved LEED Silver certification through the United States Green Building Council (USGBC).
